The 1000 m² plot offers a private access road and two additional bungalows of 45m2 and 50m2, each with a bathroom, equipped kitchen, and terrace, available at an additional cost for larger families. The villa’s high ceilings ensure a naturally cool interior, and all bedrooms are equipped with large ceiling fans. For added security, the windows are fitted with bars.
The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, anti-theft protection, and mosquito nets. Towels and sheets are provided, and a cleaning fee of 1000 THB applies, with an additional 500 THB fee per bungalow.
