บ้านหลังนี้ตั้งอยู่หาดคลองม่วง ลักษณะเป็นบ้านเดี่ยว และมีอาคารหลังเล็กแยกออกมาอีกหลัง
ตัวบ้านหลังใหญ่มีสองชั้น ชั้นล่างเป็นห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องครัว ห้องอาบน้ำ พื้นที่กว้างขวาง รองรับกลุ่มพวกเราที่ไปด้วยกันหกคนได้สบายๆ ส่วนของครัวเอง มีอุปกรณ์ครัวครบครัน ทำอาหารกินกันเองได้ น่าจะขาดแค่เตาปิ้งบาร์บีคิวแค่นั้นเลย หน้าต่างทุกบานในบ้านนี้ มีมุ้งลวดกันแมลงอยู่ หายห่วงได้ ข้อเสียเดียวของชั้นนี้คือ ไม่ติดแอร์ครับ
ชั้นบน เป็นห้องนอนสองห้อง ไม่เชื่อมกัน แต่ละห้องมีเตียง king size ผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าเช็ดหัว สบู่พร้อม พื้นที่แต่ละห้องกว้างขวางดี ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีน้ำอุ่น ข้อเสียคือ ผ้าห่ม บางมาก คือไม่มีนวมบุเลย อีกข้อคือ มีแอร์ห้องนึงไม่ค่อยเย็นครับ
ส่วนตัวบ้านเล็ก เป็นเรือนกระจก มีเตียงนอน double bed พร้อมห้องน้ำ และแอร์ในตัว สะอาดดีครับ
ในอาณาเขตบริเวณบ้าน จอดรถได้หนึ่งคัน หรือจะจอดไว้ข้างๆบ้านก็ได้
ในแง่ของ location บ้าน เวลามาก็ตั้ง gps มา pine bungalow ซอยทางเข้าบ้านอยู่ตรงกันข้ามเลย ตรงนี้ ใครรถเตี้ยต้องระวังมากๆๆๆ ทางเนินขึ้น ครูดง่ายๆมากๆ เช่นผมกะเพื่อนๆที่เช่า civic มา
ถามว่าบ้านติดหาดไหม ตอบว่าไม่ ต้องเดินข้ามถนน ทะลุ pine bungalow resort ลงไป แต่ใช้เวลาเดินสั้นๆ แค่ห้านาที ก้จะถึงหาด
ตัวหาดเองเป็นหาดหินครับ มีปลิงทะเล หอยเม่น ปู บลาๆๆ ส่วนที่เป็นหาดทรายมีนิดเดียว ต้องไปหาดคลองม่วงอีกโซน ไปทาง พวก beyond hotel แถวๆนั้น
facility พวก 7-11 หรือห้างไรพวกนี้ ต้องบอกว่าห่างออกไป เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มีรถเช่ามา แต่สิ่งที่ได้มาคือความเงียบสงบ เป้นส่วนตัว แถมบ้านยังมี cctv อีก เรื่องความปลอดภัยจึงไว้ใจได้เลย
ในแง่ ของ host ต้องบอกว่า เป็น superhost จริงๆ ครับ ใจดี ตอบไว และช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำดีมาก
ปล wifi เค้าก้มีให้นะครับ

Pour commencer , Sébastien le propriétaire de la villa, que j'ai contacté un mois avant,est vraiment très sympa, plein de bons conseils et prêt à rendre service dès qu'il le... read more peut . concernant la villa,ne vous fiez pas qu'aux photo,qui sont superbes.car en vrai elle est encore mieux .superbe décoration dans la villa comme dans les deux bungalows, équipements à la hauteur de la bâtisse,très bonne literie , jolie petite piscine qui a ravie les enfants et pas que..très bon emplacement au CALME,mais juste à 5 min de ao nang.bref si vous hésitez à la louer , n'hésitez pas longtemps allez y les yeux fermés mais ouvrez les qd même là bas ça vaut vraiment le coup .
Ah oui dernier petit détail, pour les lèves tôt(7h),un super spectacle se joue derrière la villa côté piscine,en effet des dizaines de singes sur les nombreux arbres... vraiment magique.en Tous cas, merci Sébastien pour ton accueil,et merci la Thaïlande pour ta beauté
